"The entire experience was amazing.

The house was basically at the trail heads for the daily hikes. Katrin, the retreat leader and hiking guide, was amazing from start to finish. Very easy going and explained things well. She grew up there so she knew so many things that made it all that more interesting. 

We also did some neat meditations including a singing bowl meditation in a silver mine, very cool!

Our yoga teacher, Rosie, had a great vibe - really read our energy well and led us each day to where I was challenged but comfortable.

The food was delicious and such a variety of things to taste and enjoy by the amazing chef and dietician Sandra. Came away from there knowing that being a vegetarian is doable and can be tasty and not boring.

It was a great mix of activities and time to relax and reflect.
